IKEA with Friends

On Wednesday, the girls and I had a special lunch date at IKEA! We met our friends Amy, Alyssa, Matthew and Noah (a family which you've seen on here a few times! :)) and also met - for the very first time "in real life" - friends from an hour or so north named Tom, Angie & Leighanna! You may recall these gorgeous dresses the girls modeled in WDW (dresses which we are so excited to bring again in October!) --




























Tom is the super talented, super generous friend who made them especially for Elise and Avery, even though we hadn't yet met outside the bloggy world! Their family shares a love of Disney that led us (along with Amy & her husband) to various Disney sites. He also has an awesome blog here where he writes about his princess and shares some of the really cool things he is making (often for Make a Wish recipients, etc)!

Anyway, it was wonderful to finally meet the three of them in person! Enjoy a few pictures:






























































FYI - There are also pictures in the June 2009 Picasa album from our most recent Music & Movement class... including one where not-even-2-year-old Addy "helped" Elise walk! They were too sweet, and I think Addy was proud of "the baby"! I was proud too, considering Addy was more confident in Elise's skills than us older, more cautious boring adults. I only wish we had video! :)

Busy weekend ahead, plus we had playgroup yesterday - so be prepared for more entries eventually! You know, when all the dust settles, and then assuming I'm not in a cake coma (graduation party yesterday, anniversary party tonight, birthday party tomorrow, leftovers, birthday Tuesday, etc. Yum! (?)).
